Carriers: Export leg via CN logistics partners, UK last-mile via Royal Mail/UPS.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Email support@veroza-london.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns address: Freight elevator No. 2 on the west side of the 3rd floor, 1st floor up, YuantongExpress, No. 409, Suxi, Yiwu Town, 310000, Zhejiang, China.
  • Pack unused items with all tags; customer covers return postage.
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of inspection.
  • Note: Our warehouse is located in China, and returns are processed there.
    Our company, 'company', is based in 'Stad', Netherlands, and manages all orders, payments, and customer service.

Customer pays return postage; no restocking fees.

If you would like to swap an item for a different one, please email us at support@veroza-london.com We will guide you through the exchange process. Just remember that you can only exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
