Direct from the Brand to the Consumer
Thanks to our direct collaboration with renowned brands, we can deliver our entire assortment straight to you without any detours. This eliminates several links and costs in the supply chain, resulting in competitive prices and lower CO2 emissions per order. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Is it possible to return my order?
- Yes, this is possible within our 30-day period.
If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all correct parts, components, and the packaging is undamaged as received.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
- The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 10 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows to initiate the return process:
Send an email to: support@veroza-london.com and ensure that the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product if it is damaged
- Customer’s first and last name
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send back to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address upon request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. The package must be returned to our warehouse address in Asia, which we will inform you of by email.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
A. Withdrawal Conditions
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Veroza London) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is complete as soon as the goods have arrived back at our premises. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transport times may occur over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your withdrawal.
To guarantee you the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (and with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and you have received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
All returns are sent at the customer’s expense (including customs duties) to our central warehouse in Asia.
